Privacy policy

Otto is a web app that runs marketing agents for a business. It is operated by RNHK26 LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Otto", "we", "us"). This policy says what Otto collects, why, who else handles it, and how to get it deleted. Questions go to hello@rahul.tv.

Who this covers

Three kinds of people: customers, who sign in and run agents for their own business; share link viewers, who open a password-protected link a customer sent them; and people the agents reach, such as the prospects of an outbound campaign. For a customer's own data we decide how it is handled. For information a customer brings in or has the agents collect about other people, the customer decides what is collected and why, and we handle it on their instructions.

What we collect

Your account

Your email address, which you give us by signing in with Google or by asking for an emailed sign-in link. With Google, Otto asks only for your email address (the openid and email scopes) and never receives your Google password, contacts, files or mail. A sign-in link works once, for 15 minutes, and we store only a scrambled copy of it. We use your IP address, without storing it, to limit how many sign-in emails can be requested.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep your Stripe customer ID, your plan, its renewal date, what each invoice charged, and a ledger of the credits you were given and spent, with the agent run each charge belongs to.

When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics

If you choose to connect them, Otto asks for read-only access (the webmasters.readonly and analytics.readonly scopes) and keeps a refresh token so the agents can run on a schedule. With Search Console, Otto reads the properties your account can see and their search performance: queries, pages, clicks, impressions and positions. With Google Analytics, it reads sessions by day, source and landing page, and keeps only daily totals. Otto cannot change anything in either.

That data is used for one thing: showing you how your own site is found and visited, choosing what to write, and measuring how published pages perform. The refresh token is encrypted before it is stored. Disconnecting in Otto deletes it, and you can also revoke Otto's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Keys you paste in

Customers can connect other services (for example Apify, Instantly or Ordinal) by pasting an API key. Keys are encrypted before they are stored and are used only to call that service for the agent that needs it.

Your business and research

Otto stores what you give it and what its agents produce for you: client names and websites, research notes and their sources, transcripts of public recordings, drafts, approvals, run history and what each run cost.

People your agents reach

Outbound and engagement agents work with business contact information about other people: names, job titles, companies, public LinkedIn profile URLs, public LinkedIn activity such as reactions and comments, and work email addresses found and verified through data providers. This information comes from public sources and the providers listed below, and is used only to run that customer's campaigns. If you received a message sent through Otto and want your information removed, email hello@rahul.tv and we will delete it and stop any further contact.

Share link viewers

If you open a share link, Otto checks the password and sets a cookie so you are not asked again. We do not ask viewers for any personal information.

Cookies

Otto sets only cookies it needs to work: your sign-in session, the state of a Google sign-in in progress, the plan you picked before signing in, the last client you opened, and a share link's viewer session. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when it fetches them. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages, under its own policy.

How we use it

• To run Otto: sign you in, run your agents, show you their work, and keep your settings.
• To bill you: charge your plan, track credits, and send receipts and billing notices.
• To email you about your account: sign-in links, a failed payment, a plan that ended, or agents paused because credits ran out. We do not send marketing email.
• To keep Otto secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

How Google user data is handled

Otto's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, which you can see in Otto.
• It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to build profiles of anyone.
• It is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• It is shared only with the service providers that process it to run those features (below), when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of Otto with the same protections.
• No person reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized.

Who else handles data

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. Otto uses these service providers:

• Railway hosts the app and its database.
• Anthropic (Claude) does the agents' reading and writing. Research, drafts and the data a step works on are sent to Anthropic's API when that step runs. Anthropic does not train its models on API data.
• Stripe takes payments, keeps card details, and sends receipts.
• Resend delivers Otto's emails: sign-in links and billing notices.
• Google provides sign-in, Search Console and Analytics data, and web fonts.
• Services a customer connects, only when connected and only for the agent that uses them: Apify (LinkedIn activity), Prospeo, Hunter and Apollo (finding work emails), Reoon and MillionVerifier (verifying emails), Instantly (sending email), Ordinal (scheduling LinkedIn posts), Gladia (transcribing public recordings), DataForSEO (search rankings) and GitHub (publishing pages).

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer of Otto under the same protections.

How long we keep it

We keep account and workspace data while your account is open. Deleted keys and disconnected accounts are removed right away. When you ask us to close your account, we delete its data within 30 days, except billing records, which tax law requires us to keep for up to 7 years.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. API keys and Google tokens are encrypted at rest. Sign-in links are single-use and stored only in scrambled form. Share links are password-protected and can be revoked. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if a breach exposes their data.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@rahul.tv. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also cancel your plan and disconnect any connected account inside Otto at any time.

California residents have the rights above under the CCPA, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

People in the EU, EEA and UK also have the right to restrict or object to how we use their information and to withdraw consent, and can complain to their local data protection authority. Our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (running your account and billing), our legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse, and, for prospect data, the customer's legitimate interest in business outreach), and complying with the law (tax records). RNHK26 LLC is the controller of customer account data.

International transfers

Otto is run from the United States, and its service providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you use Otto from outside the United States, your information is transferred there, where privacy law may differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.

Children

Otto is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date, and we will email customers about material changes. If a change affects how Google user data is used, we will ask for your consent again before it applies.
