Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and RNHK26 LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Otto", "we", "us"), and cover your use of Otto. By signing in, paying, or using Otto you agree to them. If you use Otto for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you can bind it. Questions go to hello@rahul.tv.

Accounts

You need an account to use Otto, and you must be at least 18. You sign in with Google or an emailed link; keep access to that email account safe, because whoever controls it controls your Otto account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Share links are for the people you send them to; keep their passwords private.

Plans and billing

• Subscriptions. Otto is sold by monthly plan (Starter $20, Growth $250, Pro $500, Scale $1,000). A plan renews automatically every month on the day you started, at the price shown when you subscribed, and your card is charged at each renewal until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which we add where the law requires.
• Credits. Each plan includes credits every month; one credit is worth one dollar of agent work. Agents spend credits as they run, priced from what the AI work costs us. A plan's monthly credits, including any first-month bonus, expire at the end of that billing month and do not roll over. Credits you buy on top last 12 months from purchase and are spent after your monthly ones. When credits run out, agents pause until more are added. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Changing plans. An upgrade starts right away, and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on Stripe's billing page, linked from Billing in Otto. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and then ends; it does not renew. After that your work stays readable but agents stop, and unused credits are frozen until you subscribe again or they expire.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for a partly used month or unused credits, except where the law requires a refund or we choose to give one. If you think you were charged by mistake, email hello@rahul.tv within 30 days.
• Failed payments. If a renewal fails, Stripe retries it and we email you. If it still cannot be collected, your plan ends.
• Price changes. We may change prices for future months. We will email you at least 30 days before a change applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.
• Connected services such as email and data providers bill you directly for what you use with them.

What you are responsible for

• The accounts you connect. You must have the right to connect every account and API key you add, and to let Otto act through it.
• The outreach you run. Email and LinkedIn campaigns are sent on your behalf. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to them, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR, and the rules of each platform, including LinkedIn's User Agreement.
• What you publish. Agents draft posts, emails and pages. You approve what goes out, and you are responsible for it once it does.
• Lawful use. Do not use Otto to send spam, to harass anyone, to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to resell Otto's AI work as a standalone service, or to try to break into or overload Otto or any service it connects to.

AI output

Otto's agents use AI models. Their output can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, even when it cites a source. Review it before you rely on it or publish it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Otto and what its agents produce for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Otto for you. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled. Otto itself, its software and its design belong to us.

Other services

Otto connects to services run by other companies, such as Google, Anthropic, Stripe, LinkedIn tools and email providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or for changes they make.

Ending access

You can stop using Otto at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your payment fails, or if we stop offering Otto. If we stop offering Otto, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, a chance to export your data, and a prorated refund of any month you paid for and could not use.

Disclaimers

Otto is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any campaign will produce results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Otto is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Otto in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you published, outreach you ran, or your breaking these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about Otto will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, email hello@rahul.tv so we can try to resolve it within 30 days.

General

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Otto. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a buyer of Otto. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and we will email customers about material changes before they apply. Continuing to use Otto after that means you accept them.
